180 Missions Trip to Jamaica, July 2006

This past summer a group of 10 teens and 5 adults from 180 youth group went on a missions trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica. The trip consisted of running Vacation Bible School at 2 locations, visiting an orphanage and infirmary, and painting a women's crisis center and a school.

Each individual that went on the trip learned what it means to serve others and love people as Jesus does.

All differences, illnesses, and problems were pushed aside so that the love of God could shine through, and it was truly amazing. The people of Jamaica were as much of a blessing to the 180 team as the team was to them. Each team member returned from Jamaica with a better understanding of God's love, forgivness, humility and servanthood.
